Ganzorig Vanchig

Ganzorig Vanchig is a chairman of BSP LLC and responsible for strategic planning, business development, project management, and investment activities. Prior to joining BSP LLC, Ganzorig was a CEO of Media Group, and Senior Vice President of Shunkhlai Group. Ganzorig completed his Master's degree majoring in Electronic Business
Management from International University of Japan and before leaving for Japan he used to work as Deputy CEO of MOSDAQ LLC, which was one of short listed company jointly with NASDAQ OMX Group by the Mongolian Government with the aim to establish the first ever private securities exchange in Ulaanbaatar.

 

He also holds BBA in Accountancy from the Institute of Commerce and Business Mongolia and MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame Australia. Before leaving for Australia, he worked as a lecturer at the Institute of Commerce and Business in Mongolia. After obtaining his MBA degree, he started working in the Mongolian banking sector (Trade and Development Bank and XacBank) in fields of retail banking, marketing, research, product development, project management, public and international relations.

 

He is a founding and board member of Down Syndrome Association of Mongolia and Special Olympics Committee Mongolia. Ganzorig is an active member of CFO Club Mongolia and E-Station Community that unites Mongolians who live, study, and work abroad. He was chosen as Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2014.

Tsolmongerel Enkhbaatar

Tsolmongerel Enkhbaatar is a Head of Business Development Department at Anungoo LLC, MCS group in Mongolia. Previously, she was a business forecast manager of Procter and Gamble, Nestle and Wrigley businesses in Mongolia. Additionally, she has been working for business planning, forecasting, inventory management and strategy for more than four years. 

 

She holds BBA in International Trade Management from the School of Economic Studies, National University of Mongolia and Master in Economics degree from the Southeast University of China. She is also a volunteer and project leader of Mongolian Marketing Association. Tsolmongerel has a particular focus and passion on finance, entrepreneurship and international business fields.

MONGOLIA

Bolor-Erdene Tumurchudur

Bolor-Erdene Tumurchudur is a Senior Contract Management Specialist at the Mongolian Mining Corporation HKEx0975 one of the major coal mining company in Mongolia. Previously she was a Business Supervisor of the Wella Londa Professional Business in Mongolia. Moreover she has working for seven years in contract management, supply chain management, marketing, sales for several groups within one of the most progressive companies in Mongolia, MCS Group. Additionally she works for the B+ Mongolia Academy as a trainer. Bolor graduated from the Baikal State University of Economics and Law in Russian Federation as an Economist.

 

She has been served for Rotary International since 2009 and New Young Leaders Club, Nominated as a Global Shaper Ulaanbaatar Hub in 2013. Moreover, she has also served as an organizing committee member of the first TEDx Ulaanbaatar Women also founding member of Lean In Ulaanbaatar Circle. Bolor has a particular focus and passion on youth, women and sustainable development projects. She is a Rotary Foundation’s Young Professionals Program and Advanced Youth Leadership Awards (Global Leadership Initiative) alumna.
